Will a picture of a customer be published?
No, unless you supply that photo and the right to use it. Drafts start from the description, the file, or the footage you provided.
Are the files yours to use?
You receive the file made for the use that was agreed. It is not resold, and it is not dropped into someone else’s work.
Can the text inside an image be trusted?
No, not by default. A person checks short labels. If a line must be exact, it is set as text on the page.
Do transcripts replace the recording?
They are a reading copy. If the words matter, the recording stays the source and the transcript is corrected against it.
Can it match a face from a photo found online?
No. A person’s likeness is not built from a picture you do not have rights to.
What if the whole set is wrong?
Then nothing ships. We make a new set.
