A post goes out only after the client has approved it. When cadence is on, that approved piece takes the next open slot. A draft stays a draft.

The path
How it works
Each client is one profile. Connect opens Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, Threads, Google Business, or Bluesky. The client signs in there and comes back. WordPress, Wix, and Pinterest are not part of this send.
On a finished piece, staff can save a draft, schedule a time, or post now. Schedule and Post now run only after the client has approved the piece. A draft stays a draft.
When auto-schedule is on, an approved piece takes the next open slot in that client’s cadence.
Zernio reports the result back, and a one-minute check fills in any post that should already have gone out. The calendar shows the status and the public link. Cancel takes a scheduled post off the network.
