Readiness Check, explained
The check asks one question per screen. It asks about the jobs that eat your week and whether your data, your workflow, the owner and the decision can support real work. It also asks where new customers come from. Then it does a live read of your public website.
When you finish, you leave an email. Then you see your scores for readiness, growth and website visibility, and the stage your business is at. It gives you next steps for your business. You can also book a thirty-minute working session if you want one.
What does the Readiness Check ask about?
It asks about four areas. First is the work that slows you down and what it costs. Next is whether your data, your workflow, the owner and the decision can carry a system. Then it asks where new customers come from. Last, it reads how easily answer engines can find and quote your site.
How is it different from an AI readiness assessment?
An AI readiness assessment is the general idea: a structured look at how ready a business is for AI. AWS describes one as a look at data, technology, processes and people. The Readiness Check is our own version. It also asks where new customers come from and reads your website. It scores readiness, growth and website visibility, and names the stage your business is at. It gives you next steps for your business.
Is the Readiness Check a diagnosis?
No. It is a working picture of the business as you describe it, plus a public read of the site. It is not medical, legal or financial advice.
