HQ, explained

A request comes in by email, through the start-a-project form, or as a note on a piece in your space. A card opens on your project board with a plan for what each piece of work must make. Digital workers, which are AI agents set up for your business, build the work and file it to HQ, where it is held.

Client Services checks the work against your request, and a person on our team signs off. Then you approve each piece, ask for a change, or remove it. Finished work sits in named folders, and approved posts can be scheduled to your connected social networks.

How does work move through HQ?

Request, plan, build, review, approve and deliver. Digital workers do the building, people check it, and you decide what goes out. A change request opens a new card.

What is a digital worker in HQ?

It is an AI agent set up for your business with a clear role. For each card, it searches HQ’s skill library for what the task needs, builds the work and files it for review. It lists the skills it used.
